The final for Discovering Computers needs to be finished before the end of the course. Although you may take it anytime before the end of next week, you may want to finish a few days early since many times a student will try to take the exam and have technical difficulties or not get around to it until after the last day of class. By giving an early target, it eliminates shutting such people out and giving them an F or a D after they have performed well in all other respects.

The final for Discovering Computers covers Chapters 8-15 and consists of 150 multiple choice and true/false type questions on terminology mostly taken from the book. For any questions that are not in the book, you may use the internet to find answers. The exam is timed - you have 3 hours to finish.
